Award Ceremony and Opening: Friday 25 April, 7 p.m.
For the thirteenth time the architectural review Bauwelt has been tendering the Bauwelt Award “First Works” – this edition is a coproduction with Deutsches Architekturmuseum (DAM) and the company Solarlux. The jury selected five first realized projects out of 140 submissions – from the transformation a historic privy to housing and the reinterpretation of a cinema’s base.
DAM Director Peter Cachola Schmal and Bauwelt Deputy Editor-in-Chief Jan Friedrich will present the awards and open the accompanying exhibition on April 25, 2025.
Partner of the Bauwelt Award 2025 are Bauwelt, DAM, Solarlux and the Society of Friends of the DAM.
