INTERNATIONAL HIGHRISE AWARD 2020
The International Highrise Award 2020 presents a selection of current highrise buildings from all over the world according to the following criteria: future-oriented design, functionality, innovative building technology, integration into the urban fabric, sustainability, and economic feasibility. The exhibition shows the winner, the finalists and the nominees comprehen-sively using models, films, photos, drawings and texts. The International Highrise Award is awarded by Deutsches Architekturmuseum (DAM), DekaBank and the City of Frankfurt/Main.

DAM PREIS 2021
Since 2007, the DAM Preis for Architecture has been awarded annually to outstanding buildings in Germany. In 2021, the prize will be awarded by Deutsches Architekturmuseum (DAM) for the fifth time – in close cooperation with JUNG as a cooperation partner – in a staggered jury procedure.

Radical Antiquity Heinz Bienefeld’s Villas and Churches 1954–1995
Above all in the Rhineland in Central Germany, Krefeld native Heinz Bienefeld (1926–1995) designed and realized numerous ecclesiastical buildings and residential buildings over a period spanning some 40 years. It is not easy to categorize the style of his architecture, which alternates between the classicism of a Palladio and the contemporary modern.
