For the twelfth time the architectural review Bauwelt has been tendering the Bauwelt Award \u201cFirst Works\u201d \u2014 this edition is a coproduction with Deutsches Architekturmuseum (DAM) and the company Kingspan. The jury selected six first realized projects out of 130 submissions \u2014 from transformation projects to temporary interventions, from housing to office buildings and the sustainable development of public space. DAM Director Peter Cachola Schmal and Bauwelt Editor-in-Chief Boris Schade-B\u00fcnsow will present the awards and open the accompanying exhibition on March 24, 2023.
